1. Booking Is Simple and Straightforward

Start by booking your cleaning online or by phone. You’ll select the service type (standard or deep clean), tell us about your space, and choose a time that works for you.

We may ask:

How many bedrooms and bathrooms?
Any pets we should know about?
Specific areas of concern or high priority?

Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation and a friendly reminder before your appointment.

2. No Need to Clean Before We Arrive

We’re here to make your life easier—not judge! You don’t need to clean before your cleaning. But if you’d like to tidy up any personal items (like clothes, paperwork, or valuables), it helps our cleaners work more efficiently.

3. A Warm, Professional Team Will Arrive On Time

Your Cleanful pro(s) will show up on time, in uniform, and ready to get to work. We bring all our own eco-friendly, pet-safe cleaning supplies—no need to provide a thing unless you have special product requests.

4. We Clean from Top to Bottom

Depending on the service level, a typical first-time cleaning may include:

Dusting surfaces and baseboards
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning kitchen countertops, appliances, and sinks
Scrubbing bathrooms (toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors)
Taking out the trash
Light tidying and straightening

If you booked a deep clean, we’ll also tackle built-up grime, detail inside appliances (by request), and get into the nooks and crannies.

5. You Can Be Home—or Not!

It’s totally up to you. Many clients choose to leave a key or provide access instructions. We’ll lock up securely and follow any special notes you leave behind. If you’re home, we’re happy to work around you.

6. We Check Our Work and Welcome Feedback

Before we leave, we do a walk-through (with you or independently) to make sure everything looks just right. Afterward, we’ll follow up to ensure you’re thrilled with the results—and see if you’d like to schedule ongoing cleanings.
